Martin Luther King Jr. Parade

The Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 25 Anniversary Celebration Parade Theme "Unity" looked as if it was going to be a no show but the rains held back enough to for the parade to start and finish. There were some people who showed up for the parade but the prospect of rain kept lots of other people home.
The parade started with the city of Wauchula police chief and his vehicle followed by the banner of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. followed by the Hardee County ROTC presenting the colors. In the parade was the Hardee Board of County Commissioners, Fire Department of Wauchula, Youth with Voice choir, End Time Crossroads Church, Hardee County Sheriff's Office, Hardee County School Board and Superintendent of School, New Mount Zion Church, Higher Ground International Ministry, little kid in a small truck, a car with the Bethune Cookman Wild Cats banner, city of Bowling Green and many more....
