The Paynes Creek Historic Park Presents: The 2nd Annual Arts & Craft Festival in Bowling Green, Florida. It was held Saturday at the park folks came out to experince the arts & crafts outdoors in the park some 20 pluse vendors came out to participate their were all type of craft from special design pot holders to shark teeth and seashells, food and entertainment. There was a tram ride through the parks trails. They have a museum that has a historic canon inside and many other things from time past. 

They have volunteers who come out to the park and help with some of the things and events that goes on at the park. If you like the outdoors and want to be a  volunteer please contact the Park at 863-375-4717 or go online floridastateparks.org

The Parks Ranger Jackson told me that they have all kinds of events happening at the park and one in perticular is this December called Christmas Carols in the Park on December 10th from 6 pm to 8pm and admission is free for more information call 863-375-4717.
