2013 H.A.R.T. Car Show

To benefit (H.A.R.T.)

Hardee Animal Rescue Team

8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Pioneer Park in Zolfo Springs

under the Entertainment Pavilion

Organizers Babb Audio and the Sebring Classic car show group in association with Rent King of Wauchula helped and put on this great event to raise money for H.A.R.T. and adoption of some of the finest pets around.

At this event there was a classic car show there was cars from all eras and also a pet contest the category included Best Dressed, Cutest, Coolest, Unique pets. There as a 50/50 chance and raffles for everyone who came to the event. One gentleman won the 50/50 and he donated the money back to help the Hardee Animal Rescue Team with their efforts here in Hardee County.

Babb Audio said this is was a good turnout they are likely to do this again next year. There was food vendor R&R Café out of Ft. Meade who provided some really good food and drinks for us. Some local businesses also helped out with trophy sponsorship, gift and door prizes these local businesses are Bill’s Mufflers of Wauchula for donating several oil change and lube certificates, Wildcat Grill with dinner certificates, Shops on the corner of Wauchula gift basket, Pioneer Restaurant of Zolfo Springs, with dinner certificates, Hardee Animal Clinic of Wauchula Hills with pet supplies and gifts.

This event was organized to benefit Hardee Animal Rescue Team here in Hardee County.

Hardee Animal Rescue Team, H.A.R.T. is an organization formed by a small group of people to help save the lives of the stray and abandoned animals in Hardee County Florida. We are a 501c3 non-profit rescue we offer a low cost spay and neuter program and a Feral cat catch, spay/neuter notch their ear and release. This we hope will bring down the population of cats roaming the streets or around businesses.

We work full time and volunteer our off time to the many animals in our care. We are always in need of volunteers to help the animals. At the moment we offer an adoption service, many dogs and cats have been re-homed, with very happy owners!
