At the ripe age of 9, pianist Ethan Bortnick has done what many musicians work toward throughout their entire careers. He has appeared on the Oprah show, the Tonight Show with Jay Leno four times, and has opened in concert for Elton John, Josh Groban, Reba McEntire, and more. He will bring some of music’s biggest hits and classics to life, along with some of his own compositions while sharing the inspirational stories behind each piece.

Being a teenager on an avenue in the Bronx back in the 1950s and early 1960s was unlike any other experience. With the liberating sound of doo-wop and rock and roll, the music had heart, soul, purity, and a sound that made you want to dance, harmonies that made you feel good, and lyrics that once in a while, even made you cry. Fans of Jersey Boys will love this show.him into a must-see sensation.
The City of Wauchula will be hosting a guided tour of Peace River Park. The tour is open to the public and will be free of charge. Sturdy walking shoes, sunscreen and water are recommended. The tour will start at 9 a.m.

A Saturday night of fun at where else the Bowl Of Fun Lanes in Wauchula. Texas Hold Em' is what it's called the BOFL has monthly tournament in the BOFL Lounge which makes for a great place for the tournaments. Theirs hot food, drinks, music and cable TV's all over for those who wanted to watch the game as well. Tonight's tournament brought some 40 plus people out to try their luck at Texas Hold em' and why not with great prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places of Visa gift cards. 1st place payout was $350, 2nd Place payout $210 and 3rd Place with $130 and there are the door prizes too.
The poker tables and chips where set up for people to buy their chips to play. Games are timed and you could buy more chip with in the those time limits
Next months tournament will include Bowling Tournament which start at 3pm and so does the Texas Hold em' Tournament and the second Texas Hold em' Tournament starts at the regular time of 6:30pm
Tonight's winners are as follows 1st Place winner is Kim Kirkland, 2nd Place winner Dexter Cotton and 3rd Place winner Jerry Borrer.
