The Republican Party Meet & Greet
Saturday afternoon at Heritage Park in downtown Wauchula, it was the Republican Party Meet & Greet in the Park. The event started at 5:00 pm with the opening of the Pledge of Allegiance then Gary Delatorre President of the Hardee County Republican Committee had some opening remarks then Gary gave the microphone to the Candidates and they each had 10 minutes to give a speech on their reason for running for their particular seat. after that we had singer Laquandra sing some songs. After a couple of
words singer Truman Thomas took the stage and sang some songs as he pick this guitar, up next was band By the Sword performed their songs after which closing remarks from Gary Delatorre. The Republican Party provided free hotdogs and cold drink for guest who came for this Meet & Greet
