Back to School Tailgate Party at August’s Friday Night Live
The Hardee Senior High School band will jazz Main Street Wauchula to life on Friday, August 17, from 6-9 p.m. Main Street Wauchula, Inc will be hosting yet another family fun Friday Night Live at Heritage Park. Mosaic, the Friday Night Live sponsor, will help to ensure that adults, students and children will have a Wildcat, spirit filled celebration.
Friday Night Live Back to School Tailgate Party was sponsored by Mosaic who provided adults students and children with Wildcat, spirited gift bags and made the evening a colorful one to boot. There were lots of vendors on hand providing all kinds of things ranging from educational, gift items, to food and more. There was live entertainment, Olympic Games, and bounce houses for the little ones. Aarons raffled off a 60” Mitsubishi TV and Stand one lucky winner got a really nice TV just in time for football. The Hardee High School Band performed for the crowed and the varsity and junior varsity cheerleaders performed as well for the crowed. It was a festive evening despite the threat of rain earlier in the afternoon. And ended being a humid evening out but thank God Mosaic was passing out fans for all who came by their booth they really came in handy. As mentioned earlier there was games played from bean toss to team volley ball on the east side of US Hwy 17 South. At the end of the games teams were gathered on stage to receive their metals. Sevigny eye care was on hand providing eye exams. And the Lions Club of Hardee provided balloons and informational gifts.
