Downtown Market... Exploring Our Agriculture
It was a nice clear Friday afternoon for Friday Night Live Event on Main Street Wauchula. This month’s event title “Downtown Market Exploring Our Agriculture” Sponsored by Hardee County’s Agricultural Industries. There were lots of booths to visit from the University of Florida, to Strawberry Hill Farms to Mosaic and everyone in between. There lots of information on plants, nutrients, and vendor booths selling fresh vegetables and fruits to honey and one booth that had grilled beef for people to sample
“It’s what’s for dinner” well at lest for me it was. There was lots for the kids to do they had a bounce house, tractor rides, horse rides, petting zoo, their was games and for the adults their was a classic car show, raffles, food and live entertainment with the Allison-Spencer Band and First Christian Church Gospel Jubilee band. Everyone had a really good time enjoying the local farmer’s goods, music, and fun for the family.
